Innovation Bootcamp and Pitch Event
The 2023 Pitch Event and Bootcamp were the biggest events that the Innovation Accelerator ever held. This year, the event was joined by over 400 participants, +20 social innovation initiatives, and special guests from around the world. I developed the event's visual identity and products.
design decisions
The concept behind this identity is a room full of post-its, it represents the dynamic and flexible scenario in which startups are immersed. The post-its with icons represent the importance of having ideas and values when advocating for change and innovation.

Together with the team, we delivered the communication campaign on social media, the event's website, and the venue design (screenings, banners, badges, etc.). Even though I was working remotely, every design piece was delivered correctly and on time.
LinkedIn and email communication were the main communication platforms. The social media performance of the communication campaign was successful with over 2000+ impressions on Linkedin.

Financial Highlights report
As a graphic designer in the WFP Finance Reporting division, I played a key role in ensuring the clarity and precision of financial information for all readers. The Financial Highlights, presented in the images below, encapsulate essential financial aspects of each quarterly report in a concise and summarized format.

Due to the fast-paced and busy day-to-day of the audience of this report - senior and leadership groups, it needed to be the most concise and simplified financial report of WFP. I opted for using color coding to represent each financial aspect, and divided the information between two bigger sections 'Financial Performance' and the comparatives, 'Budget vs Actuals Analysis'. All important insights are highlighted, and explanations of the main outcomes are grouped and organized into topics.
Besides the complexity of the information displayed, one of the main design challenges was creating a sophisticated layout in an editable format and setting the automation of information using PowerPoint and Excel.

WFP Design Guidelines for Learning Solutions
The purpose of this document was to establish good design practices for creating online learning for WFP. External vendors that didn't have familiarity with WFP's branding and preferences for instructional design. 
With this in mind, I led the team's efforts to build the guidelines, summarizing WFP's branding, usability practices, editorial style, accessibility musts, and technology specifications. You can have a full look at the document through this link.
HR's Policy Restructure
During 2020, WFP's HR went through a global deep restructuring of its values and systems. As one of the graphic designers in HR, I was called to support the launch of the communication to the organization. After discussions and meetings to debate ideas, these were some of the final infographics I designed.
